With five months still to go before it opens its doors, Spain’s International Textile Fair, HOME TEXTILES PREMIUM by TEXTIL HOGAR, already has confirmed bookings for 70% of the exhibition space available at the event. Scheduled to take place from 20th to 23rd September at Feria Valencia, the show’s return to the city of Valencia is confirmation that one of the most significant sectors of Valencia’s business community is well on the way to recovery.
The leading players in the home textiles, upholstery and decor sector have confirmed their participation in Spain’s foremost textiles exhibition. Whilst these companies have expressed optimism and indicated that they are expecting great business results from the fair, the number of brands signing up continues to grow. For the fair’s director, Maximo Solaz, “our fair running alongside Feria Hábitat Valencia and Espacio Cocina SICI in September is hugely attractive to exhibitors because the interiors and decor sectors have significant power to draw an audience and also offer commercial synergies”.
The fair’s organising committee is working hard, with organizational support from Ateval – Home Textiles From Spain, to devise new initiatives and display areas, the aim being to offer new exhibitors a broad spectrum of options for taking part whilst offering visitors a comprehensive showcase of products.
The three interiors and décor trade fairs coming together in September in a single event, along with the events taking place in Valencia to mark the city’s status as World Design Capital, heralds what is sure to be an unmissable diary date for design, architecture and art professionals the world over.
